Mr. Mohanty has received a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Science and Engineering in 1993 from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur and a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, India in 1998. He possesses over 22 years of experience in Information Technology and about 15 years of experience in Information Security domain.

Pramod Srivastava is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Ahorn Loesungen Deutschland GmbH over the past decade.

Pramod Srivastava brings experience of around four decades in the fields of banking, information technology, business & strategy consulting general management in Germany and Europe. He has held senior executive and management positions at NIIT Technologies, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services, EDS Corporation (previously HP Services and now DXC), Steria Sopra (formerly Xansa, formerly IIS Infotech), Tata Unisys Ltd. and the State Bank of India.

His experience covers multiple, multiple-locational and multi-disciplinary engagements for medium and large sized organisations handling large responsibilities. His last responsibility covered heading Continental Europe business for NIIT Technologies as well as an acquired German company as its Managing Director.

As a representative of Paladion Networks Ltd. and managing director of Ahorn Loesungen Deutschland GmbH, Mr. Srivastava offers specialised services for Information Security and IT Consulting, insourcing and project execution, especially in the SAP and Cloud Services areas.
