Chief Executive Officer
Pramod Srivastava is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Ahorn Loesungen Deutschland
GmbH.
Pramod Srivastava brings experience of around four decades in the fields of banking, information
technology, business & strategy consulting and general management across the world. He has held
senior executive and management positions at NIIT Technologies (now Coforge), Cognizant Technology
Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services, EDS Corporation (later HP Services and now DXC), Steria Sopra
(formerly Xansa, formerly IIS Infotech), Tata Unisys Ltd. and the State Bank of India.
His experience covers multiple, multiple-locational and multi-disciplinary engagements for medium
and large sized organisations handling large geographies and businesses. His last responsibility
covered heading Continental Europe for NIIT Technologies (now Coforge) as well as an acquired German
company as its Managing Director.
As the Managing Director of Ahorn Loesungen Deutschland GmbH, Mr. Srivastava offers specialised
services for IT Consulting, insourcing and project execution, especially in the SAP Services areas
with focus on the Cloud and data management.
Mr. Srivastava has settled down in Stuttgart and is active across Germany & Europe, especially in
Switzerland, DACH. Having lived and worked in 29 countries over the past few decades, he brings a
very refreshing outlook and a problem-solving capability to most business issues

Rolf Stephan - Sponsor - Ahorn Loesungen Deutschland GmbH
Rolf Stephan has 30 years of professional experience with well-known companies in Germany and has
been a successful entrepreneur for almost 15 years. He studied computer science at the University of
Karlsruhe (TH) and is currently doing his doctorate at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) and the
Research Center for Computer Science FZ Karlsruhe.
Mr. Stephan is a well-known entrepreneur in the German-speaking IT industry.
In the course of a management buy-out, Mr. Stephan led a division of a subsidiary of IBM Germany
into an 'independent company with around 100 employees, AD Solutions AG, expanded the business,
divisions and markets and later merged this company with NIIT Technologies Ltd., India. Mr. Stephan
was the CEO of this company until the end of 2006 and left the company by mutual agreement when his
board contract expired.
Since 2009, Mr. Stephan has been promoting young IT companies with management know-how and capital,
which he provides through his own investment company, especially in the phases of business start-up
and growth. Mr. Stephan is, amongst his other responsibilities, Chairman of the supervisory board of
AXSOS AG, Stuttgart.
Mr. Stephan supports Ahorn Loesungen Deutschland GmbH in the area of Information Security and SAP &
IT Consulting Services.
